Technical Project Management;
• Following main TAM ATM sharing program and all sub projects including ATM Terminal & Host Development and all Supported Applications (ATM Cash Management, ATM Monitoring, ATM Fraud Detection, Customer Incident Management, Field Service Management for ATM network)
• Building up highly efficient Data Center (Primary and Disaster Recovery Center)
• ATM Vendors (NCR,Diebold,GRG) and 3rd parties management
• Negotiate with different shareholders for standardize their requests and prioritization all backlog items
• Creating project budget also investment cost including software, hardware, infra, license for all IT supported applications (APM,ITSM,SIEM,DB Monitoring,Network Management etc) , outsource services and in-house human resources.
• Have an active role in ATM optimization and locating projects and creating Data Lake analytics reporting portal for all member banks.
• Create governance model and rules with all member banks
