\u2022 Building up highly efficient Data Center (Primary and Disaster Recovery Center)
\u2022 ATM Vendors (NCR,Diebold,GRG) and 3rd parties management
\u2022 Negotiate with different shareholders for standardize their requests and prioritization all backlog items
\u2022 Creating project budget also investment cost including software, hardware, infra, license for all IT supported applications (APM,ITSM,SIEM,DB Monitoring,Network Management etc) , outsource services and in-house human resources.
\u2022 Have an active role in ATM optimization and locating projects and creating Data Lake analytics reporting portal for all member banks.
\u2022 Create governance model and rules with all member banks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
